In this project, I worked on designing an app aimed at improving communication among interns. My approach involved conducting interviews with current interns, as well as those from other organizations, to uncover common challenges and pain points in intern collaboration.

Using Figma, I translated these insights into wireframes and prototypes, ensuring the design addressed the specific communication needs of interns. For more information about this project, feel free to reach out directly.

Key Takeaways and Learnings

Through this project, I gained valuable experience in user research, particularly in understanding the unique communication challenges interns face across different organizations. Conducting interviews with a diverse group of interns helped me refine my approach to gathering meaningful insights and translating them into actionable design solutions.

One key takeaway was the importance of empathy in design—understanding the specific needs of interns allowed me to create features that directly addressed their pain points. Additionally, working with Figma reinforced the value of rapid prototyping and iterative design in creating user-friendly interfaces.
